I'm afraid you're not going to find anything for "F" and "W." I believe we get those from our German friends (but don't quote me on that, I'm not a linguist!), and they are not found in the Greek alphabet. Since Mrs. Turner uses Greek names in her series... You see where I'm going with this?
You could try doing a list according to the Greek alphabet, but that might get too confusing. I'd recommend removing the letters that have no Greek equivalent. From what I can tell that's just "F" and "W." I know there are some Sounisians who speak Greek, so hopefully they can help you out some more. :)
