If I were you I would buy it the very minute it releases, you can always buy a paperback later on. I mean sure the book can wait but can you? I mean could you actually wait for the paperback when you know that CoK is just at a reach? Ok so I'm talking about all of us in general (pun) really, but yeah. I wouldn't pass up a chance to buy it asap.
