two questions

Just wondering if any of you could remember if the books say how often Eugenides and/or his grandfather made offerings to their god. I can't remember if this is from a fanfic or the actual stories themselves, but I seem to recall something about a month and then perhaps at festivals, or special times during the year, or maybe I really have absolutely no idea. :D Thanks, TLE!!

The second thing is: do we know what Gen's mother liked to steal (aside from hearts, that is ;)? His grandfather liked cloak pins, right? And he likes earrings? So what about her?
