What we know about Tethys' Lesions is that it is slow killing and genetic. Any ideas? There are a lot of conditions that fall into those categories. I don't think syphilis would work, as it is not genetic. I would guess that it is a wasting disease. Also, they have some conception of palsy, so it's not a palsy.
