Obviously my brain works in entirely different ways. I thought Gen meant that Relius was jealous that Gen didn't kiss him, but for an entirely different reason. I don't know what I thought, but I was thinking that Relius didn't have Gen's trust or love so Relius was jealous of Irene for that. Gen then assured Relius that he did have Gen's trust&love by kissing him on the forehead. I didn't think it was meant to be a joke, or at least half of it was serious, because Relius was half crying when Gen left, right? I never even thought of Attolia/Relius. I think that Attolia's relationship with both Teleus and Relius is something different from romantic, but no less profound.
