Gen is Slytherin with Ravenclaw tendencies, and Attolia is Ravenclaw forced into Slytherin tendencies. The Magus is just Ravenclaw, period.

Though I think Eddis IS more Gryffindor. She DOES charge into battle in QT and she's right there next to them fighting. She does takes risks (sending Gen off to Attolia even though it was taking a big risk) and she's sent her country into war, with out a second thought. "War, then" I don't know she comes off very Gryffindor to me. :)
