If you ever find yourself driving in Illinois on route 25, you'll find that the road takes many twists and turns with endless forks and if you're not paying attention, you'll drive right off the road. It wasn't difficult for me to compare this driving experience with A Conspiracy of Kings by Megan Whalen Turner.

Like route 25, A Conspiracy of Kings had me in awe of beautiful landscapes, tantalized by surprising twists and turns and put me on edge when deciding which path to take when the roadways of the story forked.
The fourth book, in this riviting series, is described as "triumphantly clever" and  "wholly satisfying" and it is indeed just that.

I can NOT wait for you all to read it! And if you have, and want to discuss it with me (just wonder over to my lj page) :-)

I advise everyone to hold off on any spoilers these last few weeks because it is without a doubt, worth the wait!

Elle

Nice simile. I'm impressed how coherant your thoughts are. I would be mostly squeeing and making inarticulate noises.

Can't wait, can't wait, CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think as the 23rd gets closer, I'm just going to start popping into any bookstore I see, on the off chance that they have an unscrupulous staff and put the book out as soon as they get it!

Nice review.
I am smiling, smiling, smiling in anticipation.

I have yet to drive in Illinois (actually, that means nothing because I've never driven in my life except bumper cars), but I ever go on that road, I shall have a moment of happiness.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Yay, Elle!

And you're very welcome! I really can't WAIT 'til March!

BTW, everybody, what's the procedure again for ordering an autographed copy from Mrs. Turner? I think I'd rather do that than order from Amazon. Even if it takes a little longer (Even though I really can't wait.....)
