What beautiful colors! And I love how you've incorporated the book decorations.... And I love his pose, and the composition, and his face!
My only criticism (if I have one....) is that he looks a bit Apolo Anton Ohno-ish about the thighs. Which isn't a bad thing, of course! But I would have thought him a bit skinnier at this point in the book.
