agh_4 pointed out a few days ago, Megan will be in the San Francisco area later this month. There are two appearances listed on her website now and both are open to the general public. Including obsessed Sounisians.
Keep an eye on her website for updated information. ETA: Both appearances are open to everyone, even the middle school event.

And I could totally have gone to both IF I had known a couple weeks ago that this would be happening. *is frustrated*
