MWT mentioned in the QoA note, I believe, that there was such a thing as the Mede Empire, but hers is different (starting with the whole 1500 year difference between them). And she mentions historical things--Archimedes, Aristophanes--sometimes. of course, that still doesn't change the fact that her Medes of Mede and the historical Medes of Medea are different. I'm just throwing it out there.
