Sounds like a great minor. One caution -- be sure that your MAJOR will lead to something that you can make a living doing. I majored in Russian language/literature and planned to teach, but by the time I was somewhat qualified to do so, the number of places offering Russian had PLUMMETED. I would NEVER have been able to get a job in my field, because there aren't many and there is harsh competition.
I translated freelance for a while, but got sick of translating letters to and from mail-order brides. So I got a job in a bookstore, discovered that I loved children's literature, went to library school for another master's, and here I am. (bows).
