Doodle dump

Yeah, so, this is exactly what the title says. I draw pictures of the characters a lot, so I decided to share a small percentage of my recent doodlings with you guys. Disclaimer: most of them are on scratch paper and so include bits of other drawings, kittens, and my quilt.

First, here's Eddis, a weird-looking Nahuserfish, and Dite (is Dite blond? I've always pictured him as blond but now I remember something about him having dark hair...)

   

And now, several Attolias. She looks oddly like a flapper in the fourth one...

And here are some scenes. This one's the arrival at the Eddisian palace at the end of The Thief.

 
Yeah, Gen looks kind of weird, and I'm not too happy with Sophos' pants. The Gift isn't very noticeable, either....

And now, here's an awful lot of Gen. When I used to draw him, he'd turn out looking basically the same each time (pointy-faced like the Gen in my icon), but at the moment he comes out a bit different each time. I haven't found a set appearance for Irene, either. Have any of you other artist-people had the same experience?

Right. If you looked at all those, thanks! I've been thinking a lot lately about how much I love Sounis (lots of lovely posts in the last few weeks), so thank you again to all of you for existing. :)
