Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I forgot that I hadn't responded yet. I was in the middle of nowhere, which was very lovely, over my birthday weekend and had only spotty wifi-- enough to let me see the good wishes, but not enough to get a comment to post. I appreciate all the good thoughts and I want you to know I am swilling coffee and working as fast as I can. If my writing usually advances at a snail like pace, it is now moving like a snail with little tiny wings.
