Also, having finished some Rosemary Sutcliffe books and being unable to find any others at my local library (*little tears*), I was quite at loose ends with what to read next. Thank you for the reminder of Dorothy Sayers - I am now quite happily tromping through some fabulous books filled with Peter 'talking piffle'. I'd forgotten how obviously DD alludes to Sayers by way of the Dowager and Peter constantly entertaining himself with literary allusions. I don't think I've ever tried Winter Prince either, so that's on the list next.
