Book Question & TV News
Jul. 19th, 2020 04:54 pmHas anyone else here read Crimson Bound by Rosamund Hodge?

If so, did anyone else find a certain relationship to read a lot like what might have been going on behind the scenes in QoA and between QoA and KoA?
Some of my favorite lines:
"He was a liar. She knew he was a liar, but right now he looked as simply and wholeheartedly earnest as he had in the salon, arguing about when it was right to stab your sister through the heart."
"Rachelle had not imagined that court concealed many true believers, but she also hadn't expected anyone to be so blatant. Then again, if you were the King's mistress, she supposed you weren't going to impress anyone with your piety anyway.""
'You know,' said Armand, 'my mother used to say that if we all got what we deserved, we'd all be dead. And yet somehow God refrains from smiting us. Whatever you ought to have done then, dying won't undo it now.'"
Also, who already knew that a Leverage reboot is in the works? You know, Covid-permitting?
