Please excuse my style of drawing, which is on the less detailed side. Also, I didn't intend for his face to turn out in that shape. But any who, this is my God of Thieves, who remember was blackened and scorched by the Great Fire, like the guy in Pay It Forward. (tehehehehe)
This is his "manikin" form as described in the Aracthus Underwater Temple.

Wow, it's interesting to have a character from one of the short stories within the books. Would you mind putting this picture under a livejournal cut though - as it takes up quite a bit of room. LJ cuts are explained here:

I just reread that part of The Thief and it is such an intense part of the book. Gen' reaction when he realizes that the "statues" of the gods are the gods themselves. The god Eugenides (who once was mortal and carried his brother, who burned and died) says, "You have not yet offended the gods." Did he foresee what would happen in Eddis when the volcano explodes and people might burn and die? Was he saying that our Gen will offend the gods eventually?

Ooh, and I just noticed something. When Gen opens his hand to show Hiamiathes's gift to the Magus, it reminded me of when he opens his hand in KoA to show the newly healed skin on his palm.

Nice,[livejournal.com profile] dgfduck. Yeah, the LJ cut would be good for this, since the image is big.
