The Thief - Scooby Doo Mashup?

queensthiefSo, my husband read me a meme that was making the rounds on FB that went something like,
"The Mystery, Inc.gang would have saved a lot of time and effort if they just visited the costume shop and asked what masks had been sold recently."
Which made me lol. But also into my mind flashed an image of:
The magus at the end of The Thief, Scooby-Doo villain style, with his fist raised and exclaiming, "And I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for you meddling thief!"
(My brain is weird.)
