Hamiathes's Gift Exchange 2023: Schedule!

Hamiathes's Gift Exchange, the AO3 fanworks exchange, is back again this year! We’re running on a slightly abbreviated assignment schedule this year, so pay attention to the schedule! The tag nominations open tomorrow @ 8pm ET, and signups to participate start next Friday, August 4.

You can find the FAQ on the AO3 page. I'm also posting regular updates and reminders to the Hamiathes's Gift Tumblr. If you want to nominate tags or participate in the exchange, you need an AO3 account. Get in touch if you don't have one and would like a code to skip the processing queue for new accounts!

Here is the timeline:

Character/relationship/worldbuilding nominations: July 27 through August 3 at 8 PM EDT 

Signups: August 4 through August 11, closing at 8 PM ET 

Assignments sent out: August 13 

Fanworks due: September 9 at 8 PM ET 

Fanworks revealed: September 16 at 8 PM ET 

Artists/authors revealed: September 22 at 8 PM ET
