very nice :) I am impressed that you colored it. Every time I try and color pictures it ends up looking dumb so I stick with shading, but you did a brilliant job xD Did you also do the one in your icon?
Thank you! It's watercolor, which is... pretty if it likes you, but very unforgiving. And yes, I also did the one in my icon. Actually, I did that one twice, because I messed up on the first one, and watercolor is very, very unforgiving.
You know, you made me think about Gen's expressions. Didn't he say in Thief that he has a hard time hiding how he feels because it shows up on his face? Or was it in QoA? And I just looked in KoA because I remembered that Costis says, "First he (Gen) pretends not to notice, but you can tell how angry he is because his face gives everything away." I imagine he had a hard time keeping his face impassive when he and Attolia had their discussion in the boat in QoA and later on the dock.
I imagine him with very expressive eyes, just as your painting shows.
