Tis being Attolia. Tis pretty.

It took far, far more coats of paint than I like to admit to get the reds that color. Because Irene ain't down with light pink clothing.

I made my girlfriend read the books over winter break. I then made her pose for a reference photo so that I could draw this when I got home.

Ooh, very pretty! I like. Whats she looking at? Whatever it is, she seems almost hypmotized by it. (Gen!)

You should give up on watercolors and other water-bases and go for oils. You wouldn't have had to do a million layers of paint to make those reds if you'd used oils.

Lovely! Did Gen pick out the earrings? And how did she do her hair? That's the second time this week I've seen a knot like that in art, and I can't do something like that without giant clips... *rambles*

The earrings are SUPPOSED to try to be THE Gen earrings.

the hair was done with a pair or what might be called french braides that then connect and are flipped in at the bottom. It's hard to explain.

I can't use oils, actually. I mean, aside from being kind of bad at them, the paint and the thinner give me really unfortunate asthma flare-ups. :\

My aunt used oils for about 20 years and then became severly allurgic to them, and the last time I used oils I found myself being slightly hive-y, which was bad....
