Stupid new member question

So this is probably a silly question, but why is this community called Sounis and not Eddis or Attolia? How did the creators decide to call it Sounis? Nothing against the country or anything, but it is the least talked about country in the series. Thanks!

It's been awhile! Good to see that everyone is still here, being awesome, and having wonderful thought-provoking discussions.

Anyway, I'd like to ask you all for some help! I'd like to make a sort of Newbie Guide to the Queen's Thief fandom. Like a directory of all the sites/blogs/resources that are available and may be hard to find for someone new.

SO, can you rec me any sites/blogs/etc that you think a fan of Megan Whalen Turner would want to know about? I already know about this community, of course, but if there are other LJ communities that you think are good, goodreads discussion groups, tumblr blogs, regular blogs, twitter accounts, facebook pages... basically any place where the fan community is gathering and/or good meta content is being produced, please let me know in the comments.
