New schedule:
I've amended the proposed schedule slightly by moving signups a little earlier. This will give us about two full months to create fanworks. Nothing else has changed. If you have concerns about the new dates, please let me know - I will finalize them by the end of the week.( See the new dates )

Nominations:
This is part of the lead-in to the exchange. We're going to set up a tag set on AO3 that gives us a list of characters to choose from when requesting or offering fanfic and fanart. From the FAQ:

I will close nominations on April 1st, sometime after 10 PM EDT. After that, there'll be a cleanup period before signups begin on April 4th.
