If you had $100 to spend at your favorite bookstore, what would you buy?

I know. I'm so excited. Especially, since it looks like this will be another one from Terence's perspective. (I love him almost as much as I love Gen.) I was disatisfied when Morris introduced Mordred in the last book, "The Quest of the Fair Unknown", but didn't expand in it. I'm hoping this one will.
"The Squire's Quest" will be coming out on September 28, 09.

I'll paste in the summary.

"Why is it, Terence wondered, that the things you know most surely are always the things you can't demonstrate to any one else?

And why is it, after all of these years, that Terence is still just a squire, offering advice on how best to scrub the rust spots from armor? But Squire Terence has more to worry about than his place on the social scale. For all the peace and prosperity that has made England famous across Europe, Terence is uneasy. After nearly six months without contact with the World of the Faeries - not even from his old friend, the mischievous sprite Robin - Terence is sure something is rotten in King Arthur's court."

I think in one of the books Terence said he didn't want to be anything but a squire, but it has been some time since I read them, so I may be remembering incorrectly.

Yes, you are remembering correctly, and thought the exact same thing when I read the summary. Gwain offered him the opportunity to become a knight several times.

It could just be the way the summary is put, but perhaps Terence has changed his mind for some reason (Elaine).

We shall have to see in the fall.
