Harper Collins has just told me they will be putting an ARC of Conspiracy of Kings in the mail today. I feel faint.

After I have read it a few times, and my husband has read it, and I've read it again, I'll be giving it away on my blog (charlotteslibrary.blogspot.com).

I almost don't know how to think, I am so overwhelmed with anticipation!

ARCs are sent out by publishers to book sellers and reviewers prior to the release of a book, in the hope that they will order/review it. ARCs are kind of advertising/publicity to Certain Lucky Individuals.

Covers can still change even after they've been printed on the ARCs -- even change completely, if there's a strong negative reaction from booksellers and so on. So no, not necessarily official yet.

Once people start receiving these, it might be smart to start a spoiler thread.
