So, because of recent chapter leaks and whatnot, I can't seem to focus on anything but COK and now the months till April seem much MUCH longer.

So I just wanted to get my mind off what Gen and Sophos are up to in CoKs, I was wonder
who's your favorite character (besides Gen) and why? Which led to my next idea of...

Aside from Gen, my other favorite character is MoW. He's awesome.

Attolia is my favorite, although I have difficulty thinking of her by her given name. (I suspect she has some trouble thinking of herself by her given name also.)

Kamet? Wow, a very overlooked character. Is there any particular reason why?

2-Yes! LOVE HIM. The only physician that can stick needles in Gen and feel no guilt what-so-ever. I always thought the Attolian phys. was a big baby

12-That's a total *aww* especially when she's wondering who stole her sticks!

14-Totally agree! She definitely is the lovely mother figure in the books!

14 The one most likely to have 8 kids: Hmm. You know, I could see Attolia falling in love with motherhood. I think there's something about the unconditional love involved that would appeal to her greatly.

Favorite Character OH! Too hard!! I love Eugenides, and Helen, and Sophos, and Costis, and Stenides and Attolia, and ....actually I kind of like Moira ....and Gen's mom and grandfather both seem really awesome, and so does his father and..... OK I can't pick a favorite character. Especially if I have to ignore Gen

I heard spoilers about how Gen had *changed* and I wasn't sure if they were true or if it was a good thing.
But you're love for Gen (especailly since you've read COKs) is reassuring :]

I'm going to have to go with Attolia. I love how she's both strong and vulnerable. Plus she has to be [nearly] as brilliant as Eugenides (albeit in different ways) to be able to handle being married to him (never mind ruling a country like Attolia)...

Though Eddis is pretty bloomin' awesome too. :)

Heehee. Attolia & Eugenides. For some reason I can totally picture them with a passel of children... Plus they would repay Eugenides for his lifetime of wreaking havoc on everyone else...can you imagine a bunch of miniature Gens running around the palace? :D
