New Readaloud chapter!
Feb. 20th, 2010 09:03 pmOur very own
ninedaysaqueen has completed a new chapter in the
sounis readaloud!
You can listen to Chapter 2 of The King of Attolia here. (You must be a member of the community to view the readaloud post.) Go to the post and scroll down to KoA Ch. 2.
Go listen to Lady Jane's spirited reading of Gen and Irene bantering in poor Costis's bedchamber, and Gen lying about how he never lies.
If you've signed up to record a chapter, there's no time like the present. Yes, I know you're busy. Those who have not completed chapters in the past year or two can expect an email or LJ message asking if you still want to claim your chapters. If your circumstances have changed and you no longer want a chapter, please leave a comment here and I'll pass it off to someone else. If you'd like to record a chapter, leave a comment and I'll add you to the Sounis Waiting List. Remember, there will be lovelylovely chapters of a brand new book available soon!

Date: 2/21/10 05:36 am (UTC)You definitely didn't sound childlike!! :-)
Though, I think you would sound a bit different in an actual conversation in RL
Small size? Of voice or of height? lol

Date: 2/21/10 06:04 am (UTC)Height is all very relative.
You know what's really cool? I pronounce Teleus like "TEL-LEY-US" and not "TEE-LEE-US"
and Costis "COAST-IS" and not "COST-US"
is that odd? I sure hope not, though if I ever DID a reading, I'd want to know the general pronounciations

Date: 2/21/10 07:19 am (UTC)Me too! Though, Costis would be "Cost-as" or "Cost-us" to me.
