9-10pm GMT
4-5pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
3-4pm Central Standard Time (US)
1-2pm Pacific Standard Time (US)
10am Sunday morning, NZ

This should be able to help for other timezones.

what's LOL-worthy is that I've remembered chat notices for a few years yet when I write down what days the chats are supposed to be on I write them down wrong. *headdesk*

Remembering to post a chat notice too often is much better than not remembering at all, which is what I am guilty of.
