Invocation to Hephestia

 Hi, everybody!

I have a (sort of) confession to make. Unbeknownst to most of you, my sister and I have a Wizard Rock band. And every once in a while, one or another of us will write a song. So, just now, I took a melody I wrote a long time ago (actually when I was about 9 years old) and put a little background instrumentation with it, and sung it with the words of the invocation. I wanted to put the song right into this post, but our band page is being bad. I'm afraid you have to go there to listen to it -- that is, if you want to!

Thanks so much, everybody! I'm so glad you're liking the song -- and thanks for taking the trouble to go to the myspace and listen!

I actually went so far as to sign up on another music site, just so I could make a widget and post it here -- am I crazy, or do you think I should do that?

BTW, the song isn't "set in stone," by any means! I'm certainly keeping the core melody (which hasn't changed since I first wrote it), but I'm quite liable to add a frame and/or change the instrumentation.

Anyway, thanks again! You Sounisians are saying such lovely things, it makes me blush ;-D
