I too loved The Name of the Wind and I'm glad that Partick Rothfuss already announced when the sequel will come out.

tiegirl, read Fire next! I loved that more than I did Graceling even though I already thought Graceling was awesome.

I've just finished The Name of the Wind and have to run back to thanks you guys for mentioning it in the first place.

Normally, I have this aversion to adult high fantasy due to the tedious walking, suffering, walking, suffering all the protagonists seemed to be subjected to but I decide to trust my fellow Sounisian's judgement and just love it.

I'm eyeing Scott Lynch's Gentleman Bastard now, wish me luck!
