I know there will be some library fans in this comm that will really enjoy this webcomic! It's about the adventures of... LIBRARIANS! (Better than it sounds...) The main character is the YA Librarian.

Anyway, the Sunday strips are book reviews (usually YA), and they did one for The Thief. It was posted back in 2006, so it's possible that someone here had posted this at some point in the past, but if so, I think it was sufficiently long ago that a re-post is acceptable. ^_^

So cute! I have a friend who hates the library, but how could you hate a place where you get FREE BOOKS? Admittedly, the library would be a better place if it didn't have so many fines...

The artist for this is one of my dad's friends, actually--we get a signed copy each time a new book comes out. Usually a rather sarcastic signing, including derogatory comments about my dad's poker skills or lack thereof.

Ohhhh, I love unshelved after a librarian at one of the library I worked at showed me their "pimp your bookcart" contest. XD Although, I always find The Thief the easiest to describe, it's the other books where it gets tricky.
