I will have you know, my dear Filkie, that I went and tried filking at that very same LTUE to which I wore half of Ornon's sheep. It was awesome, and I'd never have known what in the world it was if not for you.

Have you written a song for Ornon's sheep? I think one is long overdue.

I do! They sang "You Bash the Balrog and I'll Climb the Tree!" also a song about The Dark is Rising and some very cool Mormon filks.

There's a fun filk of that one called "Ubasch the Balrog." "The Dark Is Rising" is by Julia Ecklar. It's on her album "Balance" and on the Urban Tapestry album "Sushi And High Tea."

The Utah Filk Organization [wonderful people!] has a fun cd out called "UFO: First Contact."
