Maybe there is still hope for the wedding night scene those "deleted scenes" we've been crying for all these years. :)

Aack, Checkers! Don't title a post 'Eeee!' unless it's news of book 5...I almost fell out of my chair XD Hehe, just kidding, this certainly is squee-worthy, though, Gen sending Costis to fix the little problem of Nahuserfishy...maybe all of Costis's honor will be toxic to someone as dishonorable as Nahuseresh, and he'll die of an honor overdose....

I love behind-the-scenes bits and pieces!

Was also delighted by the cat pillow, because I'd just joked to a friend about being unsure if I was destined to be an author, as I am allergic to cats (oh noes! Or perhaps that should be: oh nose!). So I got quite the chuckle out of her caption. Seems an elegant solution!

I really enjoyed the post, as well. I also liked the details on its provenance. It's funny to me to think that the notes for my favorite stories are interspersed with the detritus of life. It feels too mundane for such a special series. :)

Tumblr can be tricky when it comes to looking for a specific thing. But in this case, her caption is right below the image: "My cat. Author’s gotta have a cat, right?"

Ah, and I just realized I should probably clarify: I'm speaking of the up-close shot of the pillow Megan posted, not the behind-the-scenes interview image in an earlier Sounis thread. Ahhhh this is awesome and magical wonderful definitely squee-worthy! There's something awe-inspiring about seeing the origin of a thing I always think....I make hand-written notes myself when I write and love stumbling upon them months or years later especially if something nice came of them :D Thanks for sharing this!
