Has anyone heard yet whether or not the newly released covers will be available in hardcover for ALL of the books, not just the new one?

I want to buy the new covers, but I'm distressed at the thought of having the same problem I had with the LAST new covers: only able to get paperbacks of the first book, which don't match the latest book.

Any word?

I've wondered about this too. Of course I *want* to run out and purchase one of each in every edition as they are released. (The spirit is willing but the wallet is weak.) So I've been biting my nails over how to go about purchasing them. Pre-ordering benefits the author, yes? Does, say, pre-ordering from Amazon have any advantage over walking into a Barnes & Noble and buying in person the day it's released? I'd like to be helpful!

I don't know. I want matching hardcovers of all my books! Paperbacks are for lesser novels which I do not plan to keep long. This series does not fall into that category.

According to Amazon, it’s paperback or Kindle for TT-CoK and hardcover for TaT. *sigh* Hopefully, once the series is completed, they'll release a special edition boxset or something with all hardcovers. I’d buy it!

I hope I got this right (straight from Greenwillow):

The new editions (new covers) are all paperbacks, according to how they answered my plea. I was looking for copies of all of them and couldn't find the new covers. Greenwillow told me to search amazon for all editions, and look for the paperback new editions. I found them all that way. NOW, here's the thing. I might have asked them not just for the new covers, but also for the new short stories, maps, etc. And maybe they're only in the paperbacks? I'm not sure. If someone finds out they are reissuing all in hardback please let us know! I'm well on my way to 17 copies of each!

(in the meantime I'll go back to Facebook messenger and ask Greenwillow to clarify)

Something else that might help...

This is the listed trim size of the new editions: 5.313 in (w) x 8 in (h) x 0.937 in (d)

Listed trim size for TaT hardcover: 6 in (w) x 9 in (h) x 1.13 in (d)

That’s bigger than the 05 editions, so the paperbacks will be closer to hardcover size.
