Now that livejournal is no longer the watering hole that it once was, I've personally moved most of my blogging and activity over to Dreamwidth. There's been a pretty fun resurgence of activity over there in the last few months, so if you haven't been there in a while, you might want to check it out!
Fandom is much more disseminated across various social media platforms, but I would hate to lose track of friends and other Queen's Thief fans. So, in honor of that, I thought it might be nice to have a Dreamwidth/tumblr/twitter/goodreads/etc friending meme. If you're doing fannish stuff on any of these other platforms and you'd like to be added as a friend by other Sounis community members, post a comment with your links. I will definitely follow anyone from this community, since I know you all to be wonderful people with great taste in YA literature.
Here's my deets to get us started:
Dreamwidth: florianschild
Tumblr: florianschild
Goodreads: florianschild
Youtube: Florian
Twitter: Not using
Instagram: Not using
Friend me, and I'll friend you back! I miss seeing Queen's Thief posts in my feed!

Date: 11/1/17 02:10 pm (UTC)As far as community, neither site is as active as livejournal used to be. But I'm starting to feel some momentum on Dreamwidth. People seem to want to get away from micro-blogging and algorithmically-determined news feeds and get back to making real connections based on shared interests. And a lot of that movement seems to be on Dreamwidth.
If you do want to check out Dreamwidth, I'd recommend starting with this post (https://dw-news.dreamwidth.org/38065.html), specifically the last few paragraphs and the comments, which focus on how to get involved in the Dreamwidth community.
