queensthiefI was on the way home from the booksale yesterday, and getting caught up on Filkcast [a wonderful filk podcast, that comes out every 2 weeks]. During this episode [http://filkcast.blogspot.com/2019/07/filkcast-episode-19-july-17-2019.html ], they played a delightful song called "The Last Page."
It's on Sunnie Larsen's new album [https://sunnielarsen.bandcamp.com/track/the-last-page ], so I assumed she wrote it. But, upon looking it up, I find it was written by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
yam , a major Bujold & mwt fan. It's reasonable to infer that their books were at least at the top of her list.
It wonderfully encapsulates that feeling of meeting "your" characters for the first time.
And, the music's ridiculously gorgeous, so everyone wins!
