Hello and questions on the King of Attolia

Hi everybody, I joined the community just a couple days ago, just after finishing KoA. And after finishing it, had to reread the whole series ( oh glee, am so glad we got this third book and can now call it series). I loved the KoA, it might be my favorite of the series, but I love court intrigues and character interaction, which was what this was. And I got a couple questions, I think the spoiler policy is gone, but am putting on a

And I am all confused about the Laecdomon detail- if the assassination attempt in the gardens was all Sounis and the Medes´ work, then Laecdomon, the baron´s tool, wanting the guards to pen the dogs and disapearing when they were arrested would link it to baron Erondites as well. Was Gen accusing Sejanus of something he knew was untrue, because it was much harder to pin him or his father for the true involvement in the garden assassination?

Relius´ comments about Gen being young and the golden age, I suppose he hopes Gen can unify the three kingdoms and stand against the Mede? The gods also seem to want Gen capable, wonder if that is related to the Medes, or to the volcano.

This book and the reread left me all eager for more, even though I got this feeling any next book will probably be about Sounis and Sophos, there seems to be a whole interesting mystery there- any word from MWT on it yet? And this feels ridiculous, I waited years for this book, now it´s out and I loved, here I am , in the month it cames out already concerned about book after this, poor authors with eager fans.

Hi, and yeah, it makes sense, Gen is pragmatic about details, but he does seem to always have this respect for what is just and good. He certainly apologizes to Dite even if what he is giving him his nearly Dite´s heart´s desire. After the queen, of course.
