Awww! So cute. I love that last doodle where they're holding hands. It makes me smile a lot.

Anything inspired by this song is wonderful!!

I love that lyric you used at the top. One of my favorite from the song!

Agh, but I gotta say...seeing them visually represented really reinforces that she's older than him, and sometimes--when I really think about it--it makes me feel a little squicky. I don't know why. I know couples in real life where the woman is older and it's fine. I think it's cause they call Gen a "child" or "boy" so much, and your drawings do a very good job of capturing his youth.

Sorry to have gone off on a tangent there; couldn't help myself.

That song!

Does anyone remember the Homer Price books by Robert McCloskey? And the story about the song that all the people in town start singing, and they can only get it out of their minds by passing it off to someone else? Well, that song is The Call by Regina Spektor. It's catchy. Literally.

I finally passed it off to [livejournal.com profile] peggy_2 last week, innocently sending it in an email and telling her YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS SONG. Now that she has it, I've been much better.

The drawings are great!

You know, I can't seem to do lj cuts properly, either. Not sure what the problem is.
