I believe a long time ago on Sounis, everyone got into a debate about what type of undergarments the characters wear. The discussion got so extreme that the question was sent to Mrs. Turner (I think. Correct me if I'm wrong).

The set up of the verse is designed to mimic the opening line of "Pride and Prejudice".

"Tis a truth universally acknowleged that a man found in possession of good fourtune must be in want of a wife." And so on...

Very funny, Filk. Putting itching powder in Nahuseresh's undies, would be brilliant revenge.

I feel a need to clarify that the whole romance between Costis and I was one of the first great conspiracies of Sounis.

also, despite starting the sparkly Attolia thing, I TOTALLY MISSED that vampire!TT thread. IT IS CRACKY, AND I LOVE IT. Question: getting turned into a vampire > or < losing a hand, in terms of character development.

I guess it would depend on whether or not you viewed losing your immortal soul as a bad thing.

Losing an appendage is serious stuff but it pales in comparision to transforming into one of the undead. But... Becoming a vampire does have its perks - immortality, walking up walls (Gen would like that), good night vision, flight. Then again, there is that unsatiable desire for blood that's always so troublesome with vampires.

I guess both could have happened, but that would be mean. And I don't want to be mean to poor Gen. Wait... I turned him into a vampire. That's mean. So wait... I am being mean to Gen.

Excuse me. I must go impale myself on a rusty stake.

Okay so I read a few of these!

Sparkly Vampires-loooove it!!

Dite & Costis's wives-Everything suddenly makes a lot of sense. Mira said something about Costis and his 7 kids in our chat and i was like whaaat is she talking about? She's on crackk! But awhh, i love it.

Polygamy:: so you were like be prepared to be enraged..yeah, I was definitely expecting to find out something like oh, Dite has more wives..haha. but no, I was pissed. I think Sounis handled it really well. But I really wanted to go over there and give this markie bud, i peice of my mind!
AND I TOTALLY AGREE WITH JADE. Nerdy chicks with glasses ARE TOTAL BABES 8) I have proof.

Anyways, it wasn't the first time I encountered a Markie-esc person. I recommended the books to a friend, she came up to me a couple days ago and was like she read ALL THREE...and DIDN'T like them. and I was like WHAAAT? I was so heartbroken I couldn't even rage at her. She's about 4 years younger than me..I wonder if that has to do with it...though the books are aimed for younger folk :/
