Paperback CoK?
Feb. 4th, 2010 11:24 amDoes anyone know when the paperback version of CoK is coming out? Because I ordered paperbacks of the other three, and just realised that CoK is hardback and won't match (yeah, I like my series to do that) and will probably be more expensive to freight.
OTOH can I wait till a paperback comes out?

On the other, other hand, that's what libraries are for. :)

Date: 2/3/10 11:03 pm (UTC)I may wait too, and hope the library gets a copy soon. The ones they have anyway are paperbacks, so I might be waiting a while. :-(

I ended up getting the hardcover because libraries here don't have them but was sort of glad because the paperback falls apart really quickly. It has not-nice paper. OTOH, maybe the ACoK paperback will also have a new short story.

Date: 2/4/10 12:12 am (UTC)The library reinforces paperbacks here, and they seem to last quite well. Hard covers are nicer to read though, esp on my Book Seat.
Hmm. I want to get keep them the same, but then again, I could get the next two (is that right?) in hard cover, so at least I'd have three sets of three. :-)

Well, I'll just have to buy two. Then I can donate the hardback to a library/give to a friend. :D
