9-10pm GMT
4-5pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
3-4pm Central Standard Time (US)
1-2pm Pacific Standard Time (US)

We spring forward at 2:00 AM on Sunday.

oh dear that makes it confusing. Well, people can turn up at Standard Time or DST and see who's there :)
