Edit: As some of you like the idea, this Saturday it is then. :) I'm proposing the usual time, 9pm-10pm Greenwich Mean Time and 4pm-5pm Eastern Standard Time. I think that's 3-4 Central US time. If that's not okay, comment, something will be sorted out.
