Another author meetup has been posted, at the LA Book Festival, April 24 at 4:00 at Booth 614.
A very nice discussion guide for all four books. And, interestingly enough, when you first click on it you can see ALL of Sophos's face for a second before the banner at the top covers part of it. Weird.

How is this statement affirmed by the romantic relationships of Eugenides and Attolia and Sophos and Eddis? Why do you think the author allows these two royal couples to keep their love lives mostly private from the watchful eyes of other characters—and readers?

Date: 4/8/10 02:32 am (UTC)*holds shield in front of self to avoid thrown rotten vegetables* I'm kind of glad they didn't show his face...he...well, his mouth and jawline are very sexy and good-looking, and I suppose the cheekbone is nice too, but I DEFINITELY didn't imagine his eyes like that! He sort of looks like a girl. Even when typing this, I accidentally put down "her" instead of "him" at first.
