Queen of Attolia Sketches

Rereading the Queen Thief series has gotten me to do some sketches. I do want to a full colour version of a scene from the series, but until I do a drawing I'm really happy with, here are some sketches.



Here's a sketch of Irene and Gen. I've really been working on trying to find the right style for these two. It took me a dozen tries, but I really like how Gen and Attolia look in this style.


And the famous scene near the end of the Queen of Attolia. "Calf love doesn't survive amputation my queen."

Nice! Thank you for the pictures. I really like the way you drew Gen's clothes, and all three hands look very natural and well positioned in the drawings.

I must admit, I based Gen's clothes on the Gen doll (http://community.livejournal.com/sounis/340102.html#cutid1) I made a while back. XD I have to keep consistency!
