New video for the "Invocation to Hephestia"

 Hi, everybody!

Maybe you remember that I wrote a tune for "The Invocation to Hephestia" a while ago. Well, now I have a youtube channel (all due to Katniss Everdeen, et al.) So I thought I would make a video of the Hephestia song. I hope you enjoy it!

Wow, you should be out there creating book trailers or something on a regular basis, the video is very well done. If you don't mind my asking, what did you use to create it? How did you put the images and the audio together?

Of course, I already had a copy of the song on my computer in mp3 format as well as aiff, so that part was easy.
I have a somewhat elderly ibook, with iMovie on it. My sister is into making movies and runs a film making class at her library. She gave me a few pointers, but Imovie is very easy to use. I don't know what you work with -- Premiere, or something like that? iMovie is similar, but more straightforward. I found the only fine tuning I really had to do was on transitions.

The Hanging Tree is lovely and haunting. Nice job. It sounds like one of those old English ballads I used to sing in music class that I never realized had such sad lyrics. I liked Mockingjay. Extremely mild spoilers in white:

I'm so glad you like it! It's actually the first tune I ever wrote (I was 8) and I modified it for the Invocation.
