MWT meetup in Orlando!

A new meetup!  This just in from MWT:

Late, as usual, I thought I'd let you guys know that I am going to be at NCTE and ALAN
next weekend.  I'll be at the Disney Contemporary Resort and if anyone would like to
join me, I'd be happy to meet you in the lobby for a cup of coffee on Saturday SUNDAY.  Maybe
in the afternoon?

That's Saturday, Nov. 20 Sunday, Nov. 21 in Orlando, FL.  You don't have to be attending the National Council of Teachers of English Conference to join in on the meetup. 

Be there or be...well, you know.  Trapezoidal or something.  Seeing that we are all warped Sounisians.

So, who's in?

Chapman ["Dictionary of American Slang"] suggests Romany dook "the hand as read in palmistry, one's fate;" but Partridge ["Slang To-day and Yesterday"] gives it a plausible, if elaborate, etymology as a contraction of Duke of Yorks, rhyming slang for forks, a Cockney term for "fingers," thus "hands."

These things taunt me! :D Just as I was thinking the other day "Oh, I think there have been some Thief meetups in Orlando. I wonder if by some weird chance there happened to be one when I'm visiting Orlando next June all the way from Europe." The reason for the trip is that I'm going to visit the Harry Potter theme park and yet all I'm thinking about is a Sounis meetup! XD

You should do a post to organize one, with reminders closer to the event. There are bound to be Sounisians around; aren't we everywhere? [except Orlando with mwt, alas.]

This is the first time one's been close-ish to me in the sense that it's only one state over. Alas, I have not gas money to get down there. Curse not being paid until December!
