Northerners join me in dreaming?

I am from southern Wisconsin. I know, I know, this is ridiculously far from Florida.

Regardless, I want to go to the meetup. I know this is impractical, but I just couldn't live with myself if I did not ask if anyone else from my general area is going, or would think about going if there was another person (or maybe a few more, if I can rustle them up) to help pay for gas. Also, my car can't make it that far and I'm too young to rent a car so...there are a few more conditions.

But seriously, anyone from near WI thinking about going? Let me know!

Platteville-ish. I haven't converted anyone, either, so I'm all alone.

Posting anonymously because I don't really want to link my location to my LJ on an open post and I don't know if you can screen comments, but...

I may be in Platteville. And I may know at least one other Platteville fan. Sadly, I'm not going to Florida (although I would really like to--the meetup would be great and so would the entire conference). But know that you are not alone!
