Socks, again and finally!
Apr. 9th, 2011 09:08 pmHello, everyone!
I apologizewholefootedly wholeheartedly for the two week delay in posting a recap/check-in about The 2nd Annual Conspiracy of Socks Week.**
How was it for everyone? My week went smoothly (like wool, like polyester, like silk!). I got several of my friends to support the socks with me (although one was completely incredulous and demanded whether we were going to start on shoes next), and I wore knee socks on a few days, including these two, which make me think of Gen and Relius.

Also, gloves. The mismatchingness isn't that obvious, since they're the same color. (I couldn't find my green ones...) Sorry that my hands look funky. (Just the left glove has a hand in it, the right one is empty so I can take the picture and maybe as an allusion, now that I'm thinking about it?)

Also, I found this pin in a local bookstore! So I've been wearing it...

I hope the revolution went well for everyone else here who took part. My week was not overly remarkable, but it was great to know that plenty of you were roaming the world with liberated socks (more than usually are, I mean! We are wonderful at being revolutionary every week of the year).
Any sock news? Sock tales? Next year I really will try to make cookies...
