Final Week of the Community Reread!

Sorry I missed the chat last night, everyone! I took a Sunday afternoon power nap, that turned into a Sunday evening lazy nap. In recompense, a gift! In the form of an RoT countdown clock. It's very satisfying to watch the seconds go down. Can you believe it's already the final week of the community reread? RoT is so close! If, like me, you missed the chat, check out the transcripts.

We're spending this week with Kamet and Costis! We will be rereading Thick as Thieves. I'm excited to discuss this one, since it has not been out as long as the other books. We may not have it completely memorized yet... The Conspiracy Room chat for Thick as Thieves will be held Sunday, September 27th at 6pm CT. Have a schedule.

PS: I was planning to have the last Sunday before RoT comes out (October 4th) be a spoiler/speculative chat for the new book. However, I'm undecided on how spoiler-y it should be and wanted to scope out the popular opinion of all spoiled (sweet) Sounisians. Would you prefer an anything goes spoiler chat or limit spoilers to say... just the summary and MWT's hints video? I am inclined towards all spoilers being fair game.

The midnight release party chat (October 5th) will be spoiler free.

I can't believe it will be the last one! It was actually only the second time I've read TaT and it was kind of fun not remember every single thing that happens.

I think all spoilers should be fair game for speculation chat.

I feel like I've been AWOL a few weeks. I'm on such high alert for spoilers that I've been avoiding come around in case I catch a peek of even a little bit of speculation. I saw a teensy detail about the content of the final book on Goodreads, and had to slam my laptop shut!

I'm up for a designated spoiler chat (so those avoiding spoilers can keep clear of the rest of us, ha) but I'm fine with maintaining the no spoilers until release day policy if that works best!

If you all want to do a chat on 10-4 that includes spoilers among the speculation I'm fine with that. I'm avoiding spoilers if I can, but I wouldn't be able to make that chat anyway; it's a family member's birthday. Spoil away!

I'm strenuously avoiding spoilers, but ifyou have them I can just skip the chat. The only spoiler I know about is that the entire Mede empire ends up being conquered for Attolis and Attolia's tributaries by a small army consisting primarily if not exclusively of wildly enthusiastic, practically rabid women screaming the frenzied battle cry: "For Eugenides! And Costis! And Stenides' biceps!"

Im one of the spoiler-avoiders and I'm confused, is the TaT chat going to have spoilers or not? Are we talking about two seperate chats or what is going on?

The TaT chat will be held this Sunday, Sep. 27th, and like all the previous reread chats, will be spoiler-free for RoT. So no worries if you're an unspoiled Sounisian. :)

I'm talking about a chat next weekend on October 4th for speculation and spoiler-y discussion of all hints and previews released for RoT.

The midnight release party chat, which will be held the evening of October 5th, will be spoiler-free, if you'd like to participate in that.
