Hello, hello, hello. Yes, this is Eddis and yes I have been a terrible hostess to you all, starting this and then leaving for ages, merely lurking at times and never drawing much attention to myself. Sounds a bit like Gen, no?

Well, I'm back for the moment and I do hope I'll stay for a while. LJ seems to slip out of my mind, mainly this account, and for that I'm sorry. I have been informed that I'm in fact legendary, which is a bit of a shock, and that there are great theories floating about in regards to me naming this community Sounis, as opposed to a more well liked country.

For now, I'm not saying a thing. I am though, going to reread the series and get my hands on a paperback King of Attolia in the near future. I wish you all well, and obviously I wish MWT well, if she happens to be reading this. We all love your books and Gen, you are a great author and lucky to have Gen living in your head.

But I really don't see him doing some things.

Things Eugenides would never do:

 

~ Hunger strike for politics

~ Throwing largess to the masses

~ Hiding out in woods with a band of Merrie Men

~ Getting mellow as an old man, and taking to dressing gowns

 

Also, isn't if funny we call him Gen, though he specifically says he never wants to be called that again at the end of the Thief? Maybe it's just because mock-gutter Gen is so endearing...

I mean, over and above the fact that Eugenides is quite the little mouthful, and not much of a joy to type, either.

What ideas do you have? Just add on in the comments. I'm sure you guys have some much more funny ideas than my paltry scattered thoughts.
