Doesn't this song practically describe Gen or is that just me? Its called "The villain I appear to be". And the video fits too! Just watch it.

Sounds like Gen...

... but it's Alcatraz Smedley (from the vs. the Evil Librarians series by Brandon Sanderson). Alcatraz is very much like a young (probably pre-Thief) Gen. Excpect his Talent is breaking things, not stealing them.
